First of all, thank you, your appointment has been successfully scheduled.
When visiting OrsiTherapy, it is essential for visitors to maintain a respectful and considerate demeanour towards both the therapists and other clients. Please, follow these requirements and cancellation policy before your visit!
OrsiTherapy has a certification, endorsed by International Federation of Aromatherapists London (IFA) and spent over 22 years serving people of different health conditions that she has all the skills and knowledge needed to provide an excellent, professional caring service. We are fully insured. We would like every minute of your therapy time to be relaxed and enjoyable in our one-to-one treatment room in the heart of Hove therefore, some simple rules should be followed, which are as follows.
● When you come to the treatment please make sure you arrive on time but not too early!
● Please message us or call us in advance if you're going to be late, because we cannot extend the treatment time. Thank you for your cooperation!
● Please do not bring children, pets, friends, family members with you, because the treatments are not social events. Thank you for your understanding!
● Luckily there is free parking for our clients for 3 hours, please use the parking area on the main road, (Goldstone Crescent) which runs along the park. If you spend more than 3 hours with us, you can park in the surrounding smaller streets and start parking by downloading and using the PayByPhone App, with which you can comfortably extend the time and pay using your phone during the treatment.
● If you take a bus the best route is with number 7 (towards Hove Station) please get off at the stop which is the Hove Station, from there you just have to walk through the Hove Villas (10 min) to the Old Shoreham Road and Goldstone Crescent. If you take a bus with number 5, 5A, 5B please get off at the Hove Park Tavern, from there just 5-10 minutes walk to the Goldstone Crescent.
● Please wash your hands before each treatment, immediately upon arrival (and visit the restroom if necessary). After washing your hands, a separate small towel is waiting for you in the hygiene service.
● Please follow the rules of personal hygiene, according to which you should come to the treatment with a clean body, but don't wear perfume as you are coming to an aromatherapy treatment. Thank you for your kindness!
● Please adhere to their phone use policy which means switching off or silencing mobile devices to preserve the tranquil environment. Thank you for your cooperation!
● Please don't show up to your appointment sick because you have that option reschedule the oppointment.
● If you are a new client you will need to fill in a Consultation Form, in this case please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment (please beare in mind that if you are late we will need to shorten your treatment time which means that you may not enjoy your treatment).

Cancellation & No Show Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment (email, sms or phone call). Clients who cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment or notify us in advance will be billed for the full price of the scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illnesses or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, and can be rescheduled in any case. You can cancel or change the appoitment for these reasons once a year.
Late Arrival Policy
All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow time to complete the Client Intake Form. For all other appointments, please arrive 4-5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to undress and get on the table to enjoy a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Treatment Termination
Only professional treatments and services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this practice. Treatments will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

Booking & Payment options
The possibility of booking an appointment and the purchase are connected to each other. On the website, you can choose which service you want to use and by clicking the book button next to the service, you will find yourself in the calendar. Here you can choose the day and time that suits you, and then the treatment, time and price will appear in the basket. By clicking on the check out, you have to enter some information (email address, name and country), then by clicking on the "continue" button, you will arrive at the payment page, where you can pay securely within the PayPal system (yellow field), or any Debit or by Credit card (by clicking on the black field under PayPal).
If the therapist has time and you request another treatment on the spot, it is possible to pay on the spot with any Debit or Credit card, Smartphone, or Smart watch.
Please note that Friday afternoon and weekend appointments can be booked with a 30% surcharge and in case of cancellation, the full amount will be charged (the 30% surcharge must be paid on site before the start of the treatment). Thank you for respecting my family life!
